To reduce energy consumption is a common desire of people from all over the world. In the perspective of energy conservation, hollow glass and Low-E glass is prior recommendation, sigle glass is recommended to used in interior door systems. Here listing the glass that we can support and matched for our doors and windows:

Kind Reminder:

1. All matching glass are all safety glass and  complied with relevant standards.

2.To enhance the sound and heat insulation requirements, filling  inert gas in hollow glass  is recommended.

Production Capability:

Standard Size: 2440mm x 3660mm(except for manual production)

Maximum size: 2540mm x 4500mm

Minimum Size: 250mm x 350mm

Spacer Thickness: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm,20mm,27mm

Glass Ply Thickness: 3mm to 19mm

Quality Standard: ASTM E2190-02;GB/T11944-2002;BS6206:1981;

ANSIZ97.1;AS/NIS 2208-1996;GB/T18915.2-2002.

Insulated glass unit (IGU) is made with two or multi plies of glass, separated by a spacer that is filled with desiccant, and with the perimeter of the spacer that gets in contact with the glass is properly sealed with primary and secondary sealants to ensure it is air tight.

l. Thermal insulation: with low heat gain and heat loss value (low U value)

2. Light transmission: appropriate level of solar transmission and solar

reflectance can be selected to meet the design and functional requirement.

3. Noise insulation: IGU can reduce noise level by 30 dB. With inert gas

in-filled, a 5 dB further reduction can be achieved.

4. Condensing prevention: The IG units are designed to withstand down to

-65℃without condensing, far exceeding the National Requirement of -40℃.

Low-Emissivity glass

Low-Emissivity glass (Low-E glass) is a kind of specialty glass with excellent functional performance characteristics of solar control. Such glass is generally coated with multi-layers of metal oxides and some other materials, designed to allow transmission of high level of visible light, and reflect UV and infrared radiations. In order to satisfy customers' diverging demands for Low-E glass installation under different climatic conditions, a full range of Low-E glass products are produced, covering High Transmittance Low-E glass;High Shading Low-E Glass.Low-E glass usually is used in hollow glass. Filling inert gas or non inert gas filled are workable. The thermal rating of a window or door is measured in U-Values, the lower the U-Value the better the rating. Filling inert gas can reduce the U-Value ,A low U-value is also helpful during hot days when it is important to keep the heat out. A low U-value is useful during cold days when heating is needed. High Altitude area or temperature difference place, filling inert gas  is recommended.

High Transparence Low-E Glass

High Shading Low-E Glass

Functional Performance Characteristics:

   1. High level of visible light transmission: excellent natural

       lighting with neutral color effect.

   2. High level of solar energy transmission: good solar energy

transmission, with shading coefficient (SC) greater than 0.5.

   3. High reflectance of infrared radiation: effective control of

heat loss from building, with a thermal conductivity value

       (U Value).

Product Applications:

   1. Most suitable for the installations in the regions with cold

weather. Such installation can allow most of solar energy

       transmitting in while reflecting

the infrared radiation back to indoors from domestic

appliances and human bodies, thereby reducing its indoor

       energy consuming effectively.

   2. The glazing installations requiring a high level of sunlight,

        with neutral aesthetic appearance.

  Functional Performance Characteristics:

   1. Desirable level of visible light transmission: reduce solar

       heat gain through higher reflection.

   2. Lower solar energy transmission: effectively reduce solar

heat radiation into interior of building, providing good solar

heat insulation with a Shading Coefficient (SC) less than

   3. High reflection of infrared: with a relatively low heat gain or

heat loss value (U Value); effectively reduce secondary

infrared radiation from passing through glass into interior of

Product Applications:

   1. Suitable for the installations in southern region as well as

in northern region. It can effectively reduce much more solar

heat transmission through glass into interior in summer

than that in winter. On balance, it can provide an effective

overall solar heat control function since the solar energy

intensity in winter is only 1/3 of that in summer.

   2. With reduced light transmission through the glass, it also

provides good reflective and decorative effect.
